You can edit the information in your account at any time. After signing in «My account», click on «History and details of my orders ». You can then modify the information on your account.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe the newsletter?

For subscribing the newsletter, click on the « Newsletter » page and simply register your email address and validate by selecting « subscribe » button.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order at any time on the page « History and details of your orders » on your account. On this page, you can find the information of your order in real time. You can also find the information on your passed order histories and invoices and print them out.

Has my order been taken accepted?

After having accepted your payment, you will receive an email which includes the summary of your order details.

If you don’t receive this email, please contact our Customer Service at « » indicating the date and time of your order as well as the total purchase price.

We will confirm you shortly if your order has been taken accepted or you need to validate your order again.

What are the delivery methods of 51 Stars Paris?

All shipping is handled by Colissimo or Chronopost that you can select when you validate your order.
Deliveries by Colissimo and Chronopost are made from Monday to Saturday morning, except bank holidays.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the weight and number of the articles ordered as well as the delivery destination.
For each order, we indicate you the exact amount of the delivery costs once you selected the delivery address and the delivery method before validating your order.

For deliveries outside of France, the Customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of goods, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes payable under the laws of the country receipt of order.

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

 If you are absent at the time of delivery by post / Chronopost, the parcel is delivered to the local post office indicated on the Delivery Attempt Notice left at the delivery address you specified. The package will be kept in the local post office for 15 calendar days or such other period stated on the notice.

If the package will not be collected on time, it will be returned to 51 Stars Paris. Our Customer Service will then contact you for possible reshipment. In case of no response from the customer within a reasonable time, 51 Paris Stars reserves the right to refund the price of products, except the shipping costs.

How is packed my order?

Your order will be packed in the packaging of each manufacturer, unless you request a gift wrapping (+3€) at the time of validation of your order.

Is it possible to have gift wrapping?

If you want to have gift wrapping (+3€), you just have to specify at the time of validation of your order. Your order will be prepared with utmost care by 51 Stars Paris.




How do I return an item ordered on the site?

You have a legal right to 7 days as from the reception of the goods to announce us about your intention to return the product and your reason for this return.
Any exchange or refund can be made if product is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition for resale within 7 days of delivery. Items damaged, soiled or incomplete are not acceptable. The cost of returning the product is at your charge.
